These terms cover the Stabile Properties website and the Greenwich School Menu Texts text message program.

Greenwich School Menu Texts

• Program: Greenwich School Menu Texts, run by Stabile Properties. Each school-day morning we text the Greenwich Public Schools lunch menu for that day.
• How to join: Text MENU to the program number shown on our Menu texts page. You'll get one confirmation text.
• Message frequency: varies; about 1 message per school day, up to 25 messages per month.
• Cost: the program is free. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• How to stop: reply STOP at any time (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT). We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed and won't text you again unless you sign up again.
• Help: reply HELP, or email stabileproperties@gmail.com, or call (914) 844-1106.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Accuracy: menus come from the Greenwich Public Schools website and can change. We aren't affiliated with Greenwich Public Schools, and we're not responsible for menu changes or errors. Check with your school about allergies or dietary needs.

How we handle your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change affects the text program in a significant way, we'll let subscribers know by text.
