About us
We own and run three rental homes in Connecticut, Vermont and California. We handle the guests, the turnovers, the repairs and the books ourselves.
Doing that work showed us how few good tools there are for small operators. Now we're building them for other small property management companies.

This house has been in our family for about 20 years. It's a base for skiing in winter, foliage in the fall, and river trips and hiking in summer.
There's a big TV room with a fireplace, a mudroom with a washer and dryer for wet gear, a full kitchen, and a dining table that seats twelve. Pets are welcome. Parties and events are not.
