This policy explains what information Stabile Properties collects through this website and the Greenwich School Menu Texts text program, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Phone number: when you text MENU to our program number, we receive your mobile number and a record that you signed up, including the date and time.
- Messages you send us: such as HELP or STOP, so we can respond and honor your choice.
- Email or phone contact: if you email or call us, we keep that conversation to reply to you.
This website doesn't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your phone number only to send the Greenwich School Menu Texts messages you asked for, to answer HELP requests, and to keep a record of your consent and any opt-out.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We don't sell your information.
We use a text messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver messages. It processes your phone number only to send our messages, on our behalf.
Opting out and deleting your number
Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. To have your number removed from our records entirely, email stabileproperties@gmail.com.
Children
The text program is meant for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
